4. Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround time is 3–7 business days depending on project complexity.

While we make every effort to meet stated timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including late submission of required documents.
5. Compliance and Limitations

Our assessments are conducted in line with NatHERS and NCC requirements.

We are not responsible for construction practices, building approvals, or any changes made after the assessment is completed.

Compliance certification is based solely on the plans and specifications provided at the time of assessment.
6. Intellectual Property

All reports, certificates, and related documents remain the intellectual property of Conduce Energy Assessments until payment is received in full.

Clients are granted a licence to use these documents for the purpose of obtaining building approvals and compliance.
7. Liability

Conduce Energy Assessments takes reasonable care in preparing reports and certificates; however, we accept no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from their use.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the final construction complies with relevant building codes and regulations.
